As a mum to three small children I can appreciate what an apprehensive time it is thinking about the challenge ahead of trying to lose the weight after having a baby. All women put on weight during pregnancy which is a completely natural process. Some women however feel a bit anxious afterwards with how they are going to manage to lose the weight, tone up and get back their pre-pregnancy body.

This could be for women who are breast feeding as opposed to bottle feeding for example or those who had a section rather than a vaginal delivery.

Either way, I am here to provide a step by step guide on how to lose this weight safely and healthily.

I will provide realistic exercise routines to gradually ease you back into fitness and also provide help on diet and nutrition and include some healthy meal options. Some areas of the body may need to be concentrated more on such as the tummy to re-strengthen the muscles.

The key is balanced nutrition along with exercise.

Pretty basic weight loss instructions. Nothing more than I already knew.
For a short book it was good will using this after baby is born.
I have also hard that belly dancing and kick boxing is good for loosening baby fat.
